While our practices are in keeping with many organic-certified requirements, we occasionally have to give Mother Nature a helping hand in order to produce the quality our clients expect from our floral products. For example, our plants drink from well water which at times needs pH adjustment or harmful/toxic elements neutralized.

Our floral and foliage products are delivered primarily to our local National Cemeteries in Dixon and San Francisco. We also support services for military personnel located in private or municipal settings within our service area map located on our website.
Q: I want to honor a soldier on the hero’s page, do i have to buy the flowers for that?
Honoring a member of any military branch on our website is absolutely free of charge, no strings attached.
Q: What if I want to participate in the flowers for troops, but the cemetery I want them delivered is not local?

Absolutely! We specialize in unique and hard-to-find florals that oftentimes mimic old fashioned varieties but with improved color and vigor. When combined with traditional European design techniques, a strong reminiscent mood is evoked.

Greenhouse:
Q: Can we get flowers directly from the green house?
Our ordering system does not allow for flowers to be purchased directly from our greenhouse or fields. We are happy to refer you to our wholesale partners who carry our products.
Q: What kinds of flowers are in the green house?

Q: Can we request certain flowers to be grown in the greenhouse exclusively for our business?
In some instances we are able to grow crops for exclusive use by your business. We do however require a long term commitment (a year or more depending on the flowers chosen) on your part and a formal contract for such services.

Q: There has been a sudden change of plans and I need to make changes to my floral order.
Planning and design work for each order is individualized and carried out well in advance of the delivery of your floral order. While we may be able to make small adjustments, this usually results in additional charges to the original quote as plant products are revised to meet your needs. We cannot refund any portion of your payment at any time within 30 days of the order delivery date. We will refund 50% of payments made if you need to cancel at any time between order placement and 30 days prior to delivery date.
Q: We don’t have a budget for floral services, can we trade wine instead?

In cases of a limited supply on hand for the particular variety or color you need for your event, we are able to draw from an expansive network of local growers whose practices are in keeping with those we employ in our own fields. In the unlikely case we are not able to completely fill your order, we will consult with you about comparable substitutes before moving forward.

We make floating arrangements for swimming pools, ponds, and other small quiet bodies of water. The florals are secured on a non-toxic surface and won't harm koi or other living creatures sharing the water.

We would like to get to know you and the ambiance you envision for your setting. It generally takes about an hour to develop a design scheme for the right color, texture, and mood you'd like to set. Initial consultations are always free of charge and additional appointments are billed at $50 per hour.
